Pricing & Value Added Tax (VAT)
All standard retail prices shown on the store are exclusive of VAT until checkout, where applicable UK standard VAT (20%) is clearly itemized in your cart subtotal.
Wholesale & International Customers:
Trade prices and wholesale tiers are displayed exclusive of VAT. VAT-exempt international orders or EU reverse-charge VAT accounts will have taxes calculated based on shipping destination at checkout.

30-Day Invoice Terms: Approved wholesale partners with 30-Day Invoice terms must supply a valid Purchase Order (PO) Number during checkout. Invoices are payable strictly within 30 calendar days from invoice date.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated dispatch times are provided during checkout. Standard UK deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Mainland Europe deliveries take 3–5 business days.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon physical delivery of goods by the carrier. Inspect packages immediately upon arrival and report carrier damage within 48 hours.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Customers must notify Shokbox of their intention to return a product within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 10% of the returned product’s purchase price may apply at Shokbox’s discretion.
Outlet and clearance items are final sale unless deemed defective upon delivery. Custom orders or custom color configurations are non-refundable.
