This guide shows the exact internal dimensions of the Pro case using five key measurement axes (A–E), so you can quickly check if your bike will fit.

We’ve also included answers to the most frequently asked questions about fitting, dismantling, and protection.

Axis A–E Dimensions

Internal Measurements:

Axis A – Frame length: up to 120cm

Axis B –Seatpost clearance: up to 88cm

Axis C – Diagonal clearance: up to 146cm

Axis D – Fork clearance: up to 78cm

Axis E – Handlebar width: up to 54cm

👉 If your bike’s measurements fall within these ranges, it will fit securely inside the Shokbox Pro with minimal disassembly.

⚠ Please note: due to variations in bike geometry, some models may require additional dismantling (for example, removing the seatpost or handlebars) to achieve the best fit.

How to Measure Your Bike

Step 1 – Frame length (Axis A)

Measure from the front fork dropout to the rear dropout (max 120cm).

Step 2 – Seatpost Clearance (Axis B)

Measure the total height including the seatpost (max 88cm). Lowering/removing the post may be required on some bikes.

Step 3 – Diagonal clearance (Axis C)

Measure diagonally across your bike from the front dropout to the top of the seat tube (max 146cm).

Step 4 – forks clearance (Axis D)

Measure the total height including the Shifter

Step 5 – Handlebar width (Axis E)

Measure across the widest part of your handlebars (max 54cm, including flared gravel bars).

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my bike fit in the Shokbox Pro?

Yes, the Shokbox Pro is designed to fit most modern road, gravel, and triathlon bikes with minimal disassembly. Using the Axis A–E measurements is the best way to confirm. Some bikes may require additional dismantling due to geometry differences (e.g., removing seatposts or handlebars).

Do I need to remove my wheels?

Yes, Both wheels are removed and packed in the included padded wheel bags, which protect rims, hubs, and rotors. The wheel bags fit 700c/29er wheels with tyres up to 38mm wide, often without full deflation.

Will my disc brakes and drivetrain be safe in transit?

Yes, The Shokbox Pro includes three layers of protective foam and a frame rug that shields delicate components such as rotors, derailleurs, and crank arms.

Can a triathlon or TT bike fit inside the Shokbox Pro?

Yes, With 88cm seatpost clearance (Axis B) and 54cm handlebar width (Axis E), the Pro is ideal for TT and triathlon setups. In some cases, partial disassembly (removing extensions or lowering the seatpost) may be needed.
