International orders are normally shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning Shokbox handles the applicable import duties, taxes and clearance charges. Spain and Portugal are exceptions: customers pay the applicable duties and taxes, while the case price is reduced to reflect this. EU customers can also order through Bike24 without separate import duties or taxes upon delivery within the EU.
