Delivery, returns and warranty

UK delivery is £14.99 using Shokbox’s normal next-day service, subject to order cut-off times, working days and postcode availability.

You may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return carriage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Includes a one-year Shokbox parts warranty. The warranty does not cover the additional weight clearly disclosed above. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faults not disclosed before purchase, are unaffected.
